Behind the Brand

Born and raised in Missouri, I made my way out to Boise, ID after college and never looked back. I spent nearly seven years with an incredible general contractor, growing alongside some of the best in the business. Those years taught me that construction is as much about people as it is about projects. That belief is what led me here. I saw a genuine need for a recruiter who understood the industry, respected its culture, and cared deeply about the people on both sides of the hire.

That conviction is what this company was built on. I want to help someone find a career they'll look back on with pride, a place where they grow, belong, and stay. And I care just as deeply about the employers I work with. A great culture is hard to build and easy to damage. I take that seriously. My job isn't just to fill a role, it's to protect what you've built and add to it with someone who makes your team stronger, not just larger.

Outside of work, I keep it simple. Faith, family, good friends, and the outdoors. You'll likely find me out hiking, swinging golf clubs, shooting ducks, or picking up a new hobby. If it's outside, I'm there!
